Cheryl is a leadership futurist and connector. Her company Think Beyond works internationally, using futures thinking and tools to scan for the latest signals of change.

With over thirty years’ governance experience in education, social impact and health, Cheryl speaks, writes, and contributes on topics of complex change, strategic foresight, futures thinking and leadership. She maintains long-held ties with Tasmania, having completed her Masters at UTAS in the early 2000’s.

Cheryl is also the founder of the Ōtautahi Futures Collective, Aotearoa Futures and Oceania Futures. Whether you work in business, government, or not-for-profits, this workshop will give you practical skills to lead your organisation forward. With simple tools and a straight forward approach, Cheryl will help you feel confident using futures thinking to shape change in your workplace.
