Claire is a creative storyteller who makes stuff happen. In her role as Marketing and Membership Coordinator, she's focused on elevating the profile of Tasmanian Leaders, building connections with new and established audiences and nurturing relationships with our members. Claire has held a number of high-profile leadership roles over many years encompassing strategic and creative leadership in the creative design and education industry. Constantly curious, she delights in sharing the inspiring and diverse stories of Tasmania's emerging leaders.

Katy Cooper

Director Leadership in Action

Katy is both a futurist and a ‘now’ist. In her current role as Director City Futures for Hobart City she is focused on engaging, creating and planning our Island Capitals future stories, it’s strategic plans/urban designs with a stellar team of professional planners, urban designers, curators and placemakers. An evangelical Tasmanian, Katy has worked across industry at home to develop a collection of the potential future stories for our state. She is passionate about helping shape the way we step up to future challenges and collaborate to meet the opportunities of a future where we all thrive.

Karen Davis

Administrative Assistant

Karen has a strong customer service background with a real passion for people. With seventeen years experience in various Government departments, she took a leap of faith and moved into the wine industry in 2017. Managing cellar door operations for businesses in both Langhorne Creek, SA and the Tamar Valley, TAS. Karen is enthusiastic, adaptable and takes a hands-on approach to her work. In her spare time she loves to explore Tasmania and all its wonders with her family.

Angela Driver

CEO

Angela has been employed with Tasmanian Leaders since 2011, becoming the CEO in 2021. During this tenure she completed the Art and Practice of Adaptive Leadership at the Harvard Kennedy School of Executive Education in Boston and successfully completed a Brain Based Coaching certificate with the Neuro Leadership Institute. Prior to that she enjoyed a successful career in arts; establishing the Junction Arts Festival after completing a Churchill Fellowship into performance events for social change. 0417 379 703

Simone Hackett

Business Manager

Simone is an established business leader with sound business development and management skills. She is co-owner of eco-tourism venture RiverFly 1864, a member of the Inland Fisheries Advisory Council, and a founding member of the Just Like Jack organisation which enables children with disabilities to get the most out of life.

Ros Young

Program Coordinator

Ros has a diverse career background in the tourism industry. She has held various roles including expedition guide, event coordinator, marketer and guest experience management. Her passion for Tasmanian communities and Tasmania has grown over the 20 years she has lived here. When not in the office Ros is most likely hanging out with her dogs or out for a bushwalk.
