Angela Driver


Angela has been employed with Tasmanian Leaders since 2011, becoming the CEO in 2021. During this tenure she completed the Art and Practice of Adaptive Leadership at the Harvard Kennedy School of Executive Education in Boston and successfully completed a Brain Based Coaching certificate with the Neuro Leadership Institute. Prior to that she enjoyed a successful career in arts; establishing the Junction Arts Festival after completing a Churchill Fellowship into performance events for social change. 0417 379 703

Simone Hackett

Business Manager

Simone is an established business leader with sound business development and management skills. She is co-owner of eco-tourism venture RiverFly 1864, a member of the Inland Fisheries Advisory Council, a director of Visit Northern Tasmania and a founding member of the Just Like Jack organisation which enables children with disabilities to get the most out of life.

Donna McDermott

Program and Network Coordinator

Donna has extensive project and team management experience in the utility sector, having started her career as an apprentice electrician. She has a passion for leadership and strives to create an inclusive environment that supports and enables those around her. She was awarded the Exceptional Women in Tasmanian Resources award through the Tasmanian Energy and Minerals Council in 2018. She is currently a member of the Make-a-Wish Launceston team.

Magdalena Lane

Relationship Manager

Magdalena is driven by the belief that philanthropy and partnerships are powerful enablers, stimulating a shared vision of the future and developing the imagined into tangible outcomes. With over fifteen years' experience in the private, not-for-profit and commercial sectors, including medical research, banking, education and cultural development, she connects communities to realise their aspirations.

Sarah Cooper

Marketing Coordinator

Sarah has broad experience in advertising and marketing, working with a variety of companies and organisations to find the best solutions to reach their communities. She has worked with a variety of businesses and is most passionate about building the profile of future-focused, people-empowering organisations. Sarah studied at the University of Tasmania, completing her Contemporary Arts degree in 2010, and has a passion for creative expression.
