Leadership + Risk Symposium

Leadership is hard work. It is fraught with risks: personal, operational and strategic. What can be overlooked is our reaction to risk. How do we stare down fear and have courage to find a way through? How can we move forward when we don’t have all the answers and can’t completely control the outcomes? Try something new, tweak something familiar or find inspiration in other perspectives.

This one leadership forum will actively explore what we can achieve when we are willing to take positive risks; and what is at stake if we don’t allow ourselves to take risk.

This is a great opportunity to hear from a number of local and interstate experts who can help you:

  • Embrace positive risk taking and transform your fear of failure to see it as a stepping stone to innovation.
  • Measure and build psychological safety within your organisations and teams to encourage bold ideas and experimentation.
  • Build your capacity to lead with agility with an increased tolerance for ambiguity and a decreased need for control.
