TLP is a year-long experience, shaped by twenty years of delivery and often described as life changing. With only 24 participants selected each year, it is a highly competitive opportunity to grow leadership capacity, broaden perspective and deepen impact.

I-LEAD

Our eight-week program

With more than ten years of experience and consistently excellent results, I-LEAD returns in 2026 with four targeted programs for specific sectors, career stages and communities. Each eight-week experience blends online and in-person learning to build capability and connection among people navigating shared contexts and challenges.
