Design and deliver world-class, locally relevant leadership programs that create leadership for lasting impact.
  • Sustain and evolve TLP, I-LEAD and other programs, continuously reviewing impact and design modifications.
  • Develop new leadership offerings, with annual recommendations to the Program Committee based on leadership and market research.
  • Maintain and refresh a pool of leadership experts to deliver offerings.

Leverage a diverse and connected leadership network to drive collaboration and change.
  • Ensure a smooth transition from program participant to an ongoing member of the Tasmanian Leaders Alumni Network, with access to continued learning and professional networks.
  • Showcase and celebrate alumni achievements through award nominations and media visibility.
  • Strengthen alumni engagement by involving them as mentors, facilitators, and program ambassadors.
  • Develop and implement a stakeholder engagement strategy.

Position Tasmanian Leaders as a leading authority on leadership in Tasmania and a respected contributor to global thinking.
  • Evolve the Leadership in Action pillar with a greater emphasis on action research.
  • Partner with universities and other organisations to generate research that advances our understanding of leadership.
  • Create opportunities that bring people together to generate insights, stimulate debate, and deepen understanding of the leadership context in Tasmania.
  • Be an active contributor to the leadership sector locally, nationally and globally.

Ensure Tasmanian Leaders’ long-term sustainability, balancing ambition with resources.
  • Deliver the strategic plan with agility, balancing responsiveness and long-term impact.
  • Enhance governance, board, and staff effectiveness through development opportunities plus performance and engagement reviews.
  • Secure financial sustainability by leveraging DGR status and implementing the Friends & Fundraising Strategy.
  • Understand and promote Tasmanian Leaders as a trusted and respected brand differentiating from others.
  • Secure a ‘sustainable home’ serving as a beacon for leadership.
