Tools for team alignment, coaching and accountable delivery

Management is the craft of turning intent into execution. Strong managers create clarity, build alignment, coach capability, and support accountability. These are the conditions teams need to deliver and to stay engaged.

Introduction to Management is a practical one-day program for new and aspiring managers. It focuses on tools that support team alignment and delivery, and it builds core coaching skills so managers can develop others over time.

This program is priced at $595 incl. GST, with an early-bird rate of $495 when booked at least three weeks in advance.
