After ten defining years delivering excellence through the Tasmanian Leaders Program (TLP), change is in the air!
We are seeking expressions of interest from experts in organisation and leadership development to work with us to co-design and co-facilitate the three Tasmanian Leaders Program Residentials in 2017. As part of the Tasmanian Leaders family perhaps you have that expertise and commitment or know someone who would like to take up those reins in 2017.
Gillian Biscoe and Brian Lewis, founding Board Members, designers of the Tasmanian Leaders Program and the Residential facilitators have decided to hand over the reins after ten fantastic years.
In these last ten years Brian and Gillian have delivered a staggering 30 residentials across ten different TLP cohorts, involving over 200 participants and given free thousands of hours of their time. Their incredible commitment, plus their breadth of experience and expertise, has enabled our organisation to become Tasmania’s premier leadership development provider. We are indebted to them. Brian and Gillian will continue to provide expert advice and support as required and Gillian will continue as a Board member.
Given the philosophy of Tasmanian Leaders, and our commitment of giving back to the community, we would prefer expertise to be provided pro bono as a contribution to Tasmania. We would also prefer availability for all three residential retreats, but would consider responses where availability was for one or two residentials in 2017. We will cover all out-of-pocket expenses such as accommodation and travel.
This is a unique opportunity to align skills and expertise with the Tasmanian Leaders brand and will help us update our knowledge of the Tasmanian Leadership community.
The 2017 TLP residential dates are February 9-12 at Strahan Village, June 27-30 at Cradle Mountain Hotel and November 24-26 at Freycinet Lodge.
