The Tasmanian Leaders Program is Tasmania’s unmatched leadership program.

It is an intensive year-long action learning program focused on building the capacity and connectivity of high-potential leaders across all sectors of Tasmanian society.

Program fees

Tasmanian Leaders holds down Tasmanian Leaders Program fees for participants and their organisation’s thanks to the generous support of our committed sponsors and supporters.

Each place on the program costs $8,700 (incl. GST) in total in 2024. That includes a $1,300 payment by the participant and a $7,400 contribution by the participant’s employer (or other sponsors).

A range of scholarships are available to help individuals and organisations with the Tasmanian Leaders Program fees.

Other support

We believe there should be no economic barrier to participation in the Tasmanian Leaders Program.

But we know there are individuals and organisations for whom the program fees are difficult. If you need financial assistance to participate – and you don’t qualify for a scholarship – please contact us to discuss your circumstances in confidence.

Tasmanian Leaders is happy to partner with you and your organisation to offer new scholarships for the Tasmanian Leaders Program.

The Tasmanian Leaders Foundation is also managing scholarships that support to those who are unemployed or underemployed and disadvantaged, the disabled (both physical and mental) or Indigenous.
