Tasmanian Leaders

If you are from a Tasmanian not-for-profit organisation or you are seeking to provide a significant community benefit you can register for assistance with your project by filling in the application form which can be downloaded from here.

This application form should be completed electronically. Responses to each question should be typed into the relevant parts of the document using Microsoft Word.

In order for us understand the nature of your organisation and the precise nature of the assistance you require, it is important that you complete all relevant questions and provide as much information as possible. Some of the questions may not be appropriate for your particular request. If that is the case, please insert ‘n/a’ where not applicable.

In order to consider your request for assistance, there is some additional documentation we need from you. The following documentation should be provided to us:

1. the completed and signed Application Form
2. a copy of your organisation’s most recent:
   A. annual report
   B. strategic plan, and
   C. financial statements
