It has been amazing to observe the impact on Janet Carty’s (TLP ’09) involvement in the Tasmanian Leaders Program. I believe that the program was extremely timely and has enabled her accelerated development and rounded growth as a leader of the future. This has been both an inward journey of reflection and personal growth equally balanced by an outward journey of discovery exploring the larger ideas and concepts that will challenge all leaders of the future.Janet is now far better equipped to continue her career in leadership in the turbulent world of the health and community services.
