Because of the way in which the Program’s learning opportunities are structured, attendance and participation in program sessions is of critical importance.

Accordingly, when accepting a position on the Program, participants undertake to attend the opening, mid-year and closing residential retreats and to attend the equivalent of at least seven out of eight linking sessions. Failure to meet the participation requirement may jeopardise the ability of a participant to graduate from the Program.

The dates of the 2012 residential and the anticipated dates of the linking sessions are provided below so that you and your employer can consider your ability to meet the attendance requirements before deciding to submit an application for the Program.

As the TLP is a state-wide Program with participants drawn from all over Tasmania, events are held at a variety of venues and locations across the State.

Locations are chosen based on their relevance to the topic being considered and a number of specific site visits or tours will be included in the schedule of events to provide a diversity of learning experiences and context for the discussions held as part of other events.
