Later this year, the Tasmanian Leaders Program will be seeking applications from established and aspiring leaders who want to reach their leadership potential, through an intensive ten month professional and personal development program.
Over the year, participants meet at regular intervals to explore critical issues facing Tasmania through seminars, panels, field trips, case studies and retreats which expose participants to over 200 business and community leaders, experts and critical thinkers.
The result is a unique and life changing experience that achieves positive outcomes for participants, their employers and Tasmania.
Applicants are encouraged from across Tasmania within business, not-for-profits and the public sector.
Applicants should demonstrate above-average achievement with clear potential for future growth and the ability to contribute significantly to the wider Tasmanian community.
Participants must have the support of their organisations and be able and willing to make the required time commitment.
